The NQ before the nationals was k value 16 and not 32.
Only the regionals quailifers are k value 32.

It's at dizengoff center in tel-aviv.
If you want to park in the center from 18:30 it costs 12 nis untill the end of the day. ( Before 18:30 they charge by the hour. )
The drafts ussaly start at arround 18:30-19:00.
The draft is on the 2nd floor on the north bridge next to bank discount.

The drafts in dizengoff center in tel-aviv are rather ok.
I mean there's some young players there but there's as much as 8+ players there that are 20+ years old.
There's ussaly one draft there that has the higher level players that are mostly the older ones.

Thought it makes me wonder since it requires you to play in 20 tournaments and as we all know 99% of the tournaments don't get reported to DCI.
( Or at least dont get reported to effect are ratings)
