I guess you guys don't know why morphling is so good, well let's look at keeper - which has the main creature is morphling - why is it so good there?
well first, you have moat - so that only flying creatures can attack, and morphling is also a bird - isn't that good?
second you an abyss there, and abyss slaughters any creature based decks combined with the amount of great counterspells that spell-binder who controls the keeper has, why is abyss good with morphling? you sure I wanna tell you? well, why is abyss good? 3B for the same call to the grave today - which destroys any creatures, not only that, the player is sacrficing Target Creature, and that makes all the different, cause you Target morphling with an abyss, then U to make it untargetabble, so you don't have to sacrfice a thing while your Suicide Black fow is sacrifcing all of his crappy creatures which can't attack cause of moat (except the scepter), it may be a 3 card combo, but you have no idea how fast you get it in T1 with all the searches and infinte draws, you can set it up by 3rd turn...
true morphling is only medi-core in extended, but in T1? he's god, limited? he's god, very few things can destroy a morphling if he has a strong solid deck behind him (that would be keeper, and morphling is it's guardian)
as of now - keeper is the leading deck in t1 tournies, also one of the more expensive, with the whole p10 packed into 1 deck...
next time when someone says Morphling sucks, just laugh in his face, it as to date the best creature, where the lion dude is not far behind, but will forever lag
