בעיה בפליינווקר פוינטס

התאפסו לי כל הנקודות והדרגה שלי בפליינווקר פוינטס, וזה כבר איזה חודש ככה..
מישהו יודע למה?

כי מה שאתה רואה הוא עונתי, לקראת עונת הפרו טור הבא (לא הקרוב בהונולולו) ולא שיחקת במסגרות תחרותיות בחודש האחרון, כנראה.
הלייף טיים שלך לא התאפס, נכון?

נראה לי שזה לכולם עקב השינוי בשיטת הניקוד. זה מה שכתוב בכניסה לאתר -

שלחתי להם מייל וקיבלתי את התשובה הבאה:

To correct this, please log into your DCI Personal Information Center by going to www.theDCI.com and clicking on "Personal Information Center" (the third link from the top in the middle of the web page). Log in with your DCI number and password, then update your address by clicking the "Update Info" link in the "My Links" box found on the right-hand side of the page. Once this information is updated, you should be able to see your correct Planeswalker Points after the system is updated (which can take 1-2 business days to process). Or you can reply to this email with all of the following information and we'll be able to update it for you.

DCI Number:
Date of Birth (Month-Day-Year):
Email Address:
Home Street Address:
City:
State/Province:
Postal/Zip Code:
Country:

With this information we can update the address for you, it may still take 1-2 business days from when it's updated for your correct Planeswalker Points to show up on the Planeswalker Points website (www.wizards.com/Magic/PlaneswalkerPoints).

ממה שאני הבנתי הבעיה לא קשורה לשינויים שהם עושים בעניין ה-PWP, זה קשור למחסור באינפורמציה של הDCI אקאונט של אותו שחקן.
בקיצור נאמר לי ללכת בעצמי להוסיף פרטים על עצמי דרך האתר theDCI.com ע"י הכנסת מספר הדיסיאי וסיסמא או לתת להם את הפרטים הנ"ל והם יכניסו לי את זה בעצמם.
הבעיה היא שאין לי סיסמא, אני לא זוכר ששמתי היי פעם סיסמא, אז ביקשתי מהם שיאפסו לי את הסיסמא ואני ישים לבד.
