נניח שהייתם צריכים להגדיר כחוק כתוב את הטקסט "~this~ may block as though it had flying" - כיצד הייתם עושים זאת?
Giant Spider

You mean rewrite the card text? I'd use "~THIS~ may block creatures with flying", even though it's slightly functionally different. Screw Chaosphere

Morph is a static ability that functions any time you could play the card its on, and the morph effect works any time the card is face down. The phrase Morph [cost] means You may play this card as a 2/2 face-down creature, with no text, no name, no subtypes, no expansion symbol, and a mana cost of 0 by paying 3 rather than its mana cost. Any time you could play an instant, you may show all players the morph cost for any face-down permanent you control, pay that cost, then turn the permanent face up. This action does not use the stack. See rule 502.26, Morph.

Since Itay went about 99% of the answer, I'll complete it. The rule would look like that:
If a creature has an ability saying: "This creature may block as though it had flying", then it can be replaced by the following rule:
"If you're attacked you may have this creature have flying at the beginning of your declare blockers step until you finished declaring blockers". (Pay attention - the If makes it not a triggered ability. Although AT the beginning might (depends on how hard you are on the AT rules), why then a text saying "This ability doesn't go on stack" will appear).
-OR-
"If you're attacked this creature has flying until end of combat. Spells or abilities that affect creatures with flying don't affect this creature. Spells or abilities that affect creatures without flying do affect this creature." (Again, the If prevents it being a triggered ability)
Notes:
A text saying: "If attacking player controls a creature that couldn't be blocked by nonflying creatures, this has flying (one of the two texts above)" won't work, since Unblockable creatures can't be blocked by nonflying creatures, thus making the ability redunant.
A text that would give the blocking creature flying for all the declare blockers step is basically enough. Still end of combat "sounds" better.
The difference between the two texts is that in the first the creature gets flying for the blocking purposes only, thus no time to cast spells/activate abilities. The second has to include the affecting of stuff, since the creature has flying for the whole combat.

Treetop Scout:
~This~ can attack as though it has flying
Gainst Spider:
~This~ may block creatures with flying
SPS

"If ~ attacks you may have this creature have flying at the beginning of defending player's declare blockers step until blockers are declared". (Pay attention - the If makes it not a triggered ability. Although AT the beginning might (depends on how hard you are on the AT rules), why then a text saying "This ability doesn't go on stack" will appear).
